Training - Unit Secretary Bon Secours Mercy Health Employee Review

Only coming in once a week for a 12 hour shift was hard while training. Would prefer a few 4 hour shifts or an 8 and 4 hour. I learn by repetition and showing up only once in a 7 day period prolonged my learning experience.
