      Pros

      It’s close to home, I enjoy working with my co-workers, providers. Patients are the best part of my day there. Loved my prior manager.

      Cons

      Pay isn’t that great, they’re constantly changing things in EPIC when it doesn’t need changed. IT and ECC are terrible departments to work with. I feel like it’s all about money and not patient care. They’re just numbers now.
