Pros
Specific to my territory - management is amazing. Manager supports all reps, does not micro manage. Family feel between reps within Divisions & Nationally. Very competitive with each other but all support each other at end of the day. Company has great niche products within Womens Health - clinically validated but sold OTC. Products in the pipeline for new business and ways to make more $ Cannot say enough about work environment, management, and home office support.
Cons
After 3.5 years I have no complaints. If you show up everyday and do your job you have nothing to worry about and you will rewarded.
