Pros

if your clinic makes money you’ll get good snacks

Cons

They recently fired the entire virtual team so you have to do everything yourself. This includes everything in clinic as well as emails, every single call and text, and inbox. Good luck asking your coworkers to answer the phone! They have such a high turnover I’ve watched so many doctors leave left and right. If you apply for that position get ready to be burned out by your second month of doing every single little thing by yourself with no help! The higher ups are weirdos who come into your clinic and will barely speak to you. The managers smile in your face listening to your problems and then tell you your only option is to quit. Also they will not pay you more for the workload quit while you’re ahead. If you have any health issues, children, hobbies, a life, say goodbye to all of it for Bond! The also hire vets with very little experience and have a lot of outside help from vets not even hired by bond as relief doctors who are mean and incompetent. Good luck working ten hour shifts with a thirty minute break that will more than likely be interrupted because the coworkers you have refuse to answer the phone.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry you feel this way. Over the past year, we have made several updates, including new scheduling tools, AI-assisted scribing, improved inventory management systems, and enhanced training resources to help reduce administrative workload and better support our in-clinic teams. We understand that with any operational improvements, there are also adjustments, and change can feel difficult, especially during periods of transition. We acknowledge that the shift in responsibilities has been challenging for some team members. Our commitment remains to support our people, provide the resources they need to deliver excellent care, and continue building a sustainable environment for employees, clients, and patients. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. —The Bond Vet Team

Pros

The best part about working here is definitely the people and the culture. Management really invests in your growth with great learning opportunities and hands-on CE.

Cons

Because the team is small, everyone is super accessible and response times are quick—but actual backend action and implementation can feel depressingly slow.

Pros

There were pros when I initially started but those went away once they pulled the guy from City MD.

Cons

ZERO communication of any sort. Zero planning. Zero idea on how to properly run a business. No support from marketing, senior leadership team that feels like they make decisions in the moment without a thought of how this will affect the staff. Closed an entire travel department down without thinking that the clinic staff would need training. They just closed an entire clinic with zero warning. Zero notice. Not a word. Staff? Who thinks about them....
