      Pros

      The company's key strength lies in its multi cultured employees. The company provides alot of opportunities to learn. It is upto the individual to decide on how much time and effort they are willing to put to grow. The annual bonuses are satisfactory. They are good pay masters.

      Cons

      In the core platform field opportunities to move laterally or higher meant that relocation to Amsterdam is preferred.

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
