      All the people around me make an impression of true professional that constantly trying to improve their part of the company.

      Cons

      For someone who didn't work for a corporate of this scale, onboarding (while being the best I ever had) can be a bit overwhelming.

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
