      Until now I have an amazing experience at Booking.com with an amazing team. The onboarding went super smooth. The team direction and mission is clear and it was very easy to start. The office and colleagues are amazing!

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
