      Strong salary and craft standards across research and design.

      Cons

      Ever since the October 2025 layoffs happened, the culture has taken a strong turn for the worse. There has been a silent expectation of consistent overtime as a given, and a significant spike in workplace cliques.

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
