Pros

It'a big company, has benefits. Part of the colleagues are nice people

Cons

They don't respect their employees, they hire people and don't want to invest time&money and put the employees to do the trainings. The yearly increase of base salary is a joke. Not to discuss the favoritism in the team

Pros

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Cons

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
