Pros
Booking is a good employer with several outstanding benefits including paid parental leave, paid bereavement and a life insurance of sorts. They pay well and are generous with bonuses and stock benefits. Inclusion is top priority and they have done a lot of work to try and make sure people don't burn out.
Cons
There are still people managers that make people burn out and that have no business being a people manager in the first place. Sometimes it seems that being good at your craft will make you a good manager but that is not the case.
