      Pros

      I've been supported, encouraged, and motivated more at Booking than in any other job – credit to my managers. Design at Booking is maturing and evolving in the right way and it's being taken seriously (finally) in more of the business. The processes in UX and collaboration are the best I've worked in.

      Cons

      A company this size means it can be frustrating when some things take so long to happen. And other times the quickest of pivots and changes can happen. This can be disorientating and its not an everyday occurrence, but it does happen. There can be a lot of meetings and alignment which drains momentum and enthusiasm.

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
