Pros
If you are driven and know how to own your growth, this is an amazing place to find challenges and push yourself. Just don't expect your managers to do the growing for you! We invest in your growth as a person, not just on achieving fancier titles.
Cons
As any big company, some things move slow and take time and agreements. Can be a bit frustrating but at least you have (senior) managers that care and listen (and if they don't call them out because they are definitely not doing their job).
