Pros
Great people/ culture, interesting projects, great pay, strong work-life balance, good visibility/career opportunities even at a junior level. Being in Amsterdam there is a huge diversity in colleagues which I love. Also a flexible remote work policy (40% in office strongly encouraged). Travel benefits and PTO (29 days) is quite generous.
Cons
Processes/ procedures that make it difficult to get work done. Feels like a growing pain between being a small company and now a large company. Being such a large company there are silos between teams which makes it a a challenge to collaborate on similar projects as you don’t know what every team is working on. Planning/prioritizing can be rushed on projects- feels like everything is needed yesterday.
