Pros

Booking.com is made up of a fantastic workforce of talented people from all around the world. You will make friends there, and it's a fantastic place to connect with, learn from, and grow with others. It's also a great place to learn - especially in the early days of your career. You can get a lot of exposure to a variety of projects and there's always something new happening. You WILL grow and you will learn a ton!

Cons

The sheer size of the organization, paired with the very rapid growth makes it a high-risk place for bad work-life balance, high stress, and burn-out is quite common... To make it there, you need to learn to set good boundaries, and be mindful of your own needs and limits. I'd still recommend it as a place to work because the people and learning opportunity are unbelievable. Just be prepared for a lot of intensity, and constant change.
