      Reasonably good salary, Nice office, Food, People etc.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, directionless, no growth opportunity, always in hiring and firing mode, no action on employee feedbacks, internal hiring is all on whom I know than what I know

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
