Pros

- Amazing Campus, proud to work in this office - Booking.com takes good care of its employees - Booking culture is suiting me well - proud, inclusive,

Cons

- The meeting culture is (agenda's of colleagues are completely full) intense - Knowing your stakeholders is difficult as a lot of stakeholders are involved in the process without knowing all the stakeholders - So much information channels everywhere (B. learn, employee service center, Finbase etc.). - A lot of different applications to work with

Pros

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Cons

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
