Pros

Really great amount of time off. When you combine sick leave and vacation it’s over 300 hours a year.

Cons

Low pay for the position and the area. Micro managing. Departments don’t work well with each other when there’s internal issues. Worldwide company but no room for advancing unless you want to move to Europe. No tuition assistance.

Pros

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Cons

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
