      Pros

      Boomi encourages employees to work hard while also prioritizing their own personal wellness and work life balance. The company is full of incredibly smart and welcoming people, cutting edge technology, and an exciting future. A lot of companies talk about culture, at Boomi it is obvious from day one that it is more than just talk. Lots of work to do, and high standards, but the company treats its people right. Cant wait to see where Boomi goes from here!

      Pros

      The primary solution is strong with a loyal client base. Comp packages are generous and achievable in the right territory.

      Cons

      Sales leadership is really weak. Many larger deals are compliance related and the net new Enterprise clients are few. So growth is not what they claim it to be. Boomi has made a big investment in AI and within the platform there is a strong solution to aid in development, but enterprise wide adoption of AI is going to the big players like Microsoft, Google, AWS. There are very few promotions from within, the tendency is to hire people from outside versus developing .
