Pros
The folks who have been there before the new CEO David Meredith. Boomi used to be an organization where the team and the employees were respected, which passed on to our sales ethics and our professional demeanor plus our overwhelming customer support. The organization from people who have been there for a while and who understand the teeming and the boomi way are some of the best people to work with. Many of the folks want to team, offer the help, I was there on slack to help you.
Cons
The new leadership team, the new CEO and his new executive team. Team. I realize since the spin-off from Dell they were going to be changes but David Meredith, the new CEO, has changed the culture of the company to the point to where the organization itself seems to be collapsing with each other and he doesn't understand and relate with the employees. All he cares about is getting this company to IPO. Of course doing that sacrifices the culture of the company. I don't feel that he ever wanted to relate with the employees or the team members or even the Boomi way, which the customers and community came to know and rely on. I felt that the changes came too quickly too fast without understanding the true value of booming. In the past, Mimi was a respected organization. Now even if I was asked to come back I think I was to have a second and third thought.
