What has happened to Boomi? - Accont Executive Boomi Employee Review

CEO, CRO & CFO have taken a vibrant and healthy culture and destroyed it in less than a year. CEO decided to hire over 1000 people in a year. Which was done without a clear strategy or understanding of the company. Allowed a CRO whose experience selling transactional services led to failed sales strategies and hires. When layoffs did finally occur as instructed by the board there was very little thought put into who would be let go. I am sure there are more RIFs to follow.
