Leadership within the Product organization do not work collaboratively. Product maintains a "our way or the highway" mentality and does not coordinate with other teams. Boomi has backslid into a "startup" mentality. Many team members are doing two, three, or even four workloads of jobs, and still being told by leadership that it isn't enough. Extremely rigid Dell-based job grades prevent growth internally, often hear "Boomi is a great first and third job". Through a last-minute change in the year end process, promotions, and merit increases, it's very apparent that more layoffs are on the way. Extremely sales-focused mentality at the highest levels. While all other teams are being laid off and/or told to cut costs however feasible, in the latest company-wide event, hundreds of thousands of dollars were spent on the Sales organization. Many meetings that should be emails, meetings without a clear outcome or agenda, and vague assignments.
