      interacting with customers, meeting new people every day.

      Cons

      the amount of work i have to do, does not reflect on my pay. the pressure management gives you to get those “4ths” but then you look at your check and realized you only 50$ extra isn’t fair. i would also like to have at least one weekend off during the month when managers can give themselves off whenever they want.

      Pros

      Management is super understanding and creates a great work environment, Kate Works around the schedule to accommodate your necessities. It's a fun place to work it's a small crew so it becomes almost like a small family. It's fun to see customers from around the world on occasion you get to spark up nice conversations and get a different outlook on things.

      You will work most weekends unless you ask for it off.
