Pros
At Booz Allen, there are some potentially very interesting projects that you can get assigned to work. The work life balance is good.
Cons
It's hard to get onto the teams tha thave the most interesting work. Some projects are not much more than staff augmentation, and unfortunately, you have no way of knowing until you're already staffed on the project. At that point if you want to switch, you have to jump through some major hoops to get a new project.
