      Remote work available Ability to move around the country There are some good clients

      Cons

      HR and upper management are unethical Managers harass remote employees to move and go into the office for REMOTE hires 4 weeks maternity leave (it’s not 1950) 15 days vacation, less than I had as a federal employee Inflexible work schedules High turnover is due to culture which is the elephant in the room Your CM is a large factor in your ability to move up in the company so if they are disconnected or do the bare minimum you’re screwed Inappropriate workplace behavior is tolerated and dismissed even with multiple witnesses

      Usually no overtime. Diverse job assignments are available.

      Many job assignments are at military sites, and must be done in person.

      Work - Wide range of important and interesting projects to work on and ability to transfer between projects - Opportunity to get sponsored for a higher clearance - Great work life balance at lower levels and for those not involved in proposal work - Ability to telework depending on the needs of the client - Generally friendly work culture and people Benefits - Retirement benefits are 6% immediately vested every year in February - Ability to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) - Good benefits options like MetLife legal insurance and Maven Clinic services

      Cons

      - Luck of the draw as far as admin chain, which can accelerate or completely derail your growth and promotions - Significantly reduced bench time depending on profitability of the rest of your admin account
