      ESOP, Dental and Health insurance

      Cons

      Management is lacking. "Customer service" is the top priority, but when you are servicing customers it is frowned upon. they want you at your desk with minimal bathroom breaks(2 minutes an hour is too much). Different expectations for different employees.

      ESOP - employee owned culture & fantastic retirement. Multiple verticals and great breadth of supplier support. Continued expansion offers more opportunities for customers and employees.

      Cons

      Pace of technology deployment and enhancement needs to be faster.
