Pros

Company produces great products when leading into new automotive markets. Great benefits, health improvement programs, free gym memberships, occasional catered appreciation lunches, etc. The company really strives for creating a great working atmosphere that stems from high level management initiatives and implemented via the HR departments.

Cons

Pay is largely based on what department you work for; there is no company standard for pay within the same job title. Difference in pay can be almost 50% for the same job regardless of experience. Upper management is great, they try hard to keep employee moral up. However, middle management is terrible and riddled with micromanagement. Lower level employees have no creative expression as everything is dictated. Your boss will likely squash any ideas you have. Because of this, all new products are based on competitors being the lead innovators and BW following suit with mediocre reversed engineered afterthoughts.
