Good for embedded systems developers, business travels

Cons

Bureaucracy, lack of ownership, lack of software development culture, low salaries, lack of freedom, unorganized, no control over the software installed, IT supply of equipment is a nightmare, hard to advance in career. Although they tell you that it's easy to change projects or team, it's not.

Manager is great - get overtime hours.

Cons

Low hourly pay $24.00 hr is ridiculous low for what made do on a shift. Upper management is terrible, they just pass the blame to the store manager and staff to deal with the issues with no solution. Makes me think upper management don’t know their own roll in response to helping their staff succeed. Pay for warehouse / driver job needs be minimum of $26.00 hr in Ma. Reason why you can’t find good help who stay. Or even CSA workers. Too much to do on given shift with little to no support or tools needed. Lack of staff - lack of support from upper management- lack of communication and training. Without your warehouse team you have no business and yet pay us the bare minimum pay. Without us - you got no business !!
