Pros
It's a great company with cool products and great people to work with. I was surprised because I'm a part timer and I get vacation and bonuses. The discount is good too, but they recently changed it to stop employees reselling it friends. They have usual discounts with other companies like apple, dell, and Microsoft.
Cons
Not much for growth because they laid off 1000 people a couple of months ago, and there are not many stores. They have a job listing within the company but it's hard to get the corporate side of Bose. With any retail job it can seem repetitive. And Bose's main customer for the Wave Music system are Seniors and it can be hard to explain technology to older people.
