Since day 1, I am observing the management only focuses on staying afloat and put the fires out, rather than focusing on big picture and long term thinking. Most top talents hired are left to struggle on their own with no career path. Managers are busy at their own deliveries. People-focused managers are fired, leaving resources lonely. If you like to work independently under constantly changing environment with no guidance whatsoever, this is the place to be. All the while, layoffs take place randomly once or twice a year, while CEO promises no more layoffs.
