      Pros

      Great benefits, competitive salary, working with very smart people across the board. Wrestling with interesting problems and having multiple experiences in different fields in a short period of time. Great first job out of college/MBA programs.

      Cons

      Advancement can feel random or come down to how well the business is doing in a particular cycle. Can have very different paths to promotion depending on first staffing opportunity, and difficult to overcome a slow start.

      You know what you're getting yourself into. It's a fantastic place to meet people and get started on your professional career.

      Cons

      Micromanaging and unrealistic expectations arise when your team doesn't have trust. Also, consulting work in general is decreasing in quality and scope since AI can do so much.
