-Hours -Work life balance -At more senior levels, the 'fair and balanced' review structure becomes arbitrary and highly dependent on finding folks who are willing to lie and say you are perfect 100% of the time I was on a 2x a week presentation to the CEO project that was burning me out mentally and physically. At a Friday meeting, the CEO returned back to the work that our team had done to effusively compliment us and our efforts. Later that afternoon, my absentee principal ripped into me for not doing it faster (it was completed in 2 days). I spoke to a headhunter the following Monday and never looked back.
