Pros
Working with some of the most highly ethical, motivated, intelligent people I have ever met is a huge plus. The company has good values and really commits to doing the right thing for the world.
Cons
Processes are outdated and the growth structure is stuck in the past (particularly for non-consulting roles). Teams will hire someone externally with little-to-no knowledge of their background or experience, but when it comes to promoting people who already know the job there are too many restrictions. Basically instead of promote, they'll just give you more work to do to "prove you're ready" so they get the work done, but at a fraction of the cost.
