Ok place to work, but not if you are a US citizen - Systems Engineer Boston Scientific Employee Review

Aggressively getting rid of US employees and replacing with incompetent offshore employees in India. Usually need to replace one American with 2-3 Indians. Spent much of my time replying to IMs from offshore employees, writing documentation for them, fixing their mistakes, etc. There's a bare bones US based staff that keeps crap from totally falling apart, apply if you want to join this masochistic group.
