Pros
Meet different people, drive cool cars, free lunch on Saturdays, I got Brewer tickets one time, guaranteed pay....you either got $10/hr or commission (which ever is greater)
Cons
Be at work at least 50 hours a week even though there might be customers calling or around for most of that time. Vulgar environment, messed up commissions often, had a used car manager start about 3 months after started working there who tried to get me to lie to customers...so I quit shortly after that. Wanted you to know about all the vehicles you sold, but got mad when you were studying and doing your GM tests.
