Pros
It was nice learning about all the vehicles. As well for used cars being such a large group was great. Besides the exotic cars you could find anything a customer was looking for.
Cons
To start the training is a joke. No one sits down with you till they have a target class. They do not teach you their process of what to do on a sale besides the worksheet. Second you do not get to negotiate the sale all you do is get the customer to write a price down and get your manager to approve or counter. You waste time and energy running back and forth and lose all credibility with your customer. The management style and pay is completely out dated and non competitive. The draw is horrible as always and the hours are long. To do good you should plan on working 6 days a week and be sure you do later on in the week you work nights.
