Pros
The GM was very understanding and would find you a new position if you were not happy where you were. Time off is very flexible which is nice. It's essentially a family business so family is treated with importance.
Cons
There are a lot of big egos common to car sales. There is a lot of turnover. Most positions work about 45 hours a week and the work/life balance is a little off.
