Pros
You can be as lady as you want, of you ever get a leader position, you do not have to do anything, not even be a good in what you should be doing
Cons
HR department cannot do simple math, you have to chase and argue about every payslip. Management doesn't care about issues between employees. Lots of favourites who can be as lazy as they want. Some leaders doing completely no operators job, they not even fully train on they own department so they could support theirs teammates!
