I absolutely LOVE working at BTQ. The people who work there are genuine, kind, and incredible team players. The management team is beyond amazing. They provide endless opportunities for growth and genuinely want to see everyone succeed. I'm super thankful that I have a job that I look forward to every day.

Lots of resources and up-to-date technology. The employees are fun to work with.

Cons

CEO is incredibly narcissistic, calls out people on the floor, and doesn't know how to communicate well. Posts as if she has all the answers, but doesn't practice what she preaches.
