Boutique Recruiting has been by far the best company I have ever worked for throughout my career. The owners are not only my bosses, but my family. We are a close knit team, a very strong team (the best in the industry) and we practice good business. I've witnessed many of our competitors business practices and have worked for them as well. I can honestly say that none conduct business the way we do. We do it right- we do our due diligence, we form relationships with our candidates and clients, ask the right questions, advise, we listen and truly understand their needs, then deliver and execute. Our business practices are ethical, honest and all about forming true connections. The company has grown exponentially every year we've been in business for these reasons. We have been recognized and awarded for our continued successes. We are a hard-working group of strong women at Boutique Recruiting that are dedicated to being the best staffing agency in San Diego.
