      Pros

      Work was interesting and had a lot of freedom. Provided lunch/dinner (although I hear some of that went away). Unlimited PTO, good benefits

      There was no 401k matching whatsoever.

      • The best CEO; Aaron is a thought leader in the AI space and anytime he talks, he energizes the company to remind us why we're here • Free snacks / subsidized lunch

      Cons

      • Can be a difficult product to sell, hard to get into a groove with selling motion; a lot of success can depend on your patch • I've noticed Box seems to seek external talent instead of promoting top-performers within; definitely called for at times but often the logic makes no sense and puts the teams back even further
