      Positive, encouraging, collaborative culture Work/life balance CEO that really cares about his company and employees as well as what is going on outside of Box in the world at large Fantastic product

      Can be hard to ramp remotely but we are adjusting our onboarding to make it easier

      • The best CEO; Aaron is a thought leader in the AI space and anytime he talks, he energizes the company to remind us why we're here • Free snacks / subsidized lunch

      Cons

      • Can be a difficult product to sell, hard to get into a groove with selling motion; a lot of success can depend on your patch • I've noticed Box seems to seek external talent instead of promoting top-performers within; definitely called for at times but often the logic makes no sense and puts the teams back even further
