It's better to break something and fix it later than to prevent it, because you'll be praised more that way. Questionable design decisions that result in missed deadlines, but no one is held accountable. Chaos in high- and middle-level management. Decisions are made at the last minute, without consulting stakeholders. Global decisions that affect the whole company even if countries work differently. If you're looking for a job where you can do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck, Box is the perfect place. If you want to tackle difficult problems and grow as a person, look elsewhere.
