Business Outlook
Pros
I love the message behind our company and how we give back to the community. I also love that we cater to the clientele that feels like they don't really have anywhere to shop. The atmoshpere at my store is energetic and compassionate and I couldn't ask fro a better sales team to work with.
Cons
Because our sister store is Hot Topic, the business side of the company is a little chaotic. There's a lot of miscommunication between upper management and the stores that i feel contributes to a lot of negative revenue month to month.
