Pros

Service Dept is a good place with good people

Cons

Branch Manager is a disgraceful, slimy, two-faced, lying weasel that will step over every hard working employee to make sure he gets his bonus. He doesn't have the decency to speak to you up front about an issue. He'll just stab you in the back to save himself from any sort of responsibility in the decisions he makes. Utter incompetence is on full display as a manager. He's not doing this company any good when he treats his employees like garbage. He would rather fire a good employee than hold the incompetent ones accountable. Pays a whole shift to screw up every aspect of their job with no culpability. The constant screw ups from the same people over and over has lost this company so much money and respect from the customers. He does not care about solving the problems that exist in the warehouse, only how he looks on paper. He's an absolute disgrace to this company. There's not one person that works here that has anything good to say about him. He needs to go so the branch can actually grow and improve.

Pros

Cons

My experience with this company was disappointing. While the pay and benefits may be competitive for some positions, the overall work environment was not what I expected from a professional organization. This all began when the new ownership took over but really showed when the kids took over The company promotes a family-oriented culture, but in my experience this often resulted in blurred professional boundaries and inconsistent treatment of employees. Workplace relationships frequently seemed to influence day-to-day interactions, which created challenges for employees looking for a more structured and professional environment. The atmosphere often felt more like a high school environment than a workplace. There was a significant focus on interpersonal dynamics that at times distracted from productivity and collaboration. Communication from leadership was often unclear, and expectations were not always well defined. Feedback and performance discussions could be inconsistent, making it difficult to understand priorities and how success was being measured.
