Management does not care - Players Club Representative Boyd Gaming Employee Review

Very negative atmosphere for the most part. There was too much favoritism going on and nothing being done about it by upper management and it made for a hostile work environment. I had been there for almost a year with prior casino experience. My file did not have one single mark against me or complaint. I kept my manager in the loop regarding my having to move. She did NOT give me that time off but I had to move that weekend regardless. Even with giving them notice, out of the blue I get slammed with a final warning despite everything. The Director of Marketing sided with my manager and barely gave me the time of day.
