Pros
A decent product and a few good men (and women) work here.
Cons
If you’re into a culture where blow horns and megaphones are accepted, yet fresh ideas are not, you may enjoy Brainshark. If you have not yet grown out of your fraternity/sorority days and enjoy falling in line like mindless robots, then Brainshark may just be the place for you. However, if you have a creative bone in your body, an out of the box idea, or a voice, stay as far away as you can from this place. A controlling, fearful, and inept management team breeds a contentious environment where intra and inter department strife runs rampant, and things move at a slower than molasses pace. Folks with limited skills are praised for work that yield no proven results - except it makes their respective management team look good. Performance is based purely on perception.
