      Pros

      This is a place that will constantly challenge you. You can grow in every way. People are treated like people. The work is valuable. Flexible schedule. Meaningful but few meetings.

      Cons

      Work is set up around an office (because of pair programming), so if you don't like going into an office, you're at a slight disadvantage.
