Pros
The unlimited PTO is good but they only do it because they know that people will be pressured into not taking as much time as they would if it was accrual-based.
Cons
- It's basically working for PayPal at this point, Braintree has lost all of its independence - Sweeping decisions are made without consulting with the people on the front lines who actually use the tools, follow the protocols, etc.
