Too worried about their bottom line - Anonymous employee Brakes Plus Employee Review

Company was fantastic until sons of original owner took over. According to their mission statement, "Brakes Plus has two important assets, our employees and our customers. Our mission is to supply the customer with quality parts and world class service at a great price. Our philosophy has always been for EVERY CUSTOMER to have a positive experience at Brakes Plus." While part of this is true, Brakes Plus does not care about their employees. They care about making money and driving sales no matter the cost to employees or their families.
