Brakes Plus as a company sucks Difficult to be noticed, hard to get raises or promotions. The company values raising the cost of services every few months $$$ and doesn't offer competitive prices/deals compared to its competitors. You don't get Juneteenth or some other federal holidays off... No retirement benefits until over one year of employment. No employee match either.
